A scholarship based project that began in 2008 and seeks to provide educational support to the community of Chacraseca, a small town in rural Nicaragua.
TUS currently supports 29 fifth and sixth grade students, called “dreamers”. The project is responsible for providing an English teacher, 2 full-time community coordinators, uniforms, shoes, school supplies, along with English lessons 4 times a week and a hot full lunch. The program is unique in its field, and is proposed as an agreement between parents, teachers and organizers to support these children during their academic day. The goal is to support each child within the program and ensure that they can go on to high school, and then university.

These children do not have the support and tools necessary to transcend the vulnerable situation into which they were born.
Your contribution helps to offer them hope and a vision of a better future.
